Cancel an order?
Please note: It may not be possible to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
If you need to cancel an order and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are open all day from 06:00 IST to 21:00 IST.
If we are closed when you leave a message, but due to normal variations in shipping speed, your order may have moved out of cancellation status by the time we receive the message. If this is the case, it will not be possible to cancel your order despite your timely cancellation request.
To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure that you have added everything you want to your shopping basket before clicking the “Place Order” button.
Return policy ?
Aarral team trust in satisfying and pleasing our customers. The products we sell are undoubtedly the most excellent that customers can obtain at the cost. Food products are not returnable. If the delivered products are damaged and couldn’t be eatable for the food items, then send us the pictures as proof on the same day of receiving the product and our team will evaluate and will contact you by phone/email for further discussion.
Once our return policy is met, you will be asked not to use the product and keep it in its original condition along with its packaging and tags. Once we collect or receive your returned item, we will carry out a full quality check at our end. If the returned product passes our quality check, we will credit the amount (our payment provider fees will be deducted) as a cashback/voucher or in your choice. If you wish to receive a refund, you will be asked to send us the necessary and requested details from your registered email address. The refund amount will be credited to the account of your choice within 1-2 business days, subject to bank availability.
